Philanthropy

Core Development Group not only works to create sustainable energy solutions for our customers, but we work to be part of the communities in which we work. We support multiple organizations surrounding our headquarters in Mahwah, NJ that support disadvantaged people from all walks of life. Whether providing meals to those in need, after-school and summer programs for our youth or counseling and other support services for those that need them most, or heat in the winter, Core Development is there to support these causes both financially and via employee participation.

Core Development has employees based around the country, so we also work to support select programs that may touch individual employees, our customers, or partners directly or indirectly. Not only is Core Development Group focused on the environment, but we are equally focused on our people and the community around us. We are proud to support organizations that provide a safe place for children to learn to swim, do their homework, and grow up to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. One organization provides care for people struggling with poverty, hunger, homelessness, and addiction. Another organization provides a community kitchen, and comprehensive behavioral health and social services – serving over 400 people per day, with breakfast to go Monday through Thursday, and lunch to go every weekday.

If it is collecting food for the local food pantry or spending time on-site to support those charged with supporting our children and teens with their homework or other lessons, the Core Development Team is there to help support those in our surrounding communities. Just as we are passionate about providing cleaner energy solutions, we are equally excited to be part of the larger community and provide support for those who may be less fortunate.
